Your 14-day cancellation right, how to use it, and the model cancellation form.
Because you enrol with us at a distance (online, by email or by phone), you have a legal right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 to cancel your agreement within 14 days of the day it is formed, without giving a reason.
Just email jenny@brightberry.co.uk (or WhatsApp 07457 414101) saying you want to cancel — any clear statement is enough. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. If you asked us to start lessons within the 14-day period, you pay for lessons delivered before you cancelled and we refund the balance within 14 days.
After the 14-day period, the normal rules in our Terms & Conditions apply: one calendar month's notice for ongoing tuition (section 3), and the block-booking rules for holiday lessons (section 2A).
