100% qualified UK teachers (QTS) with real classroom experience and a dated, enhanced DBS check, never university students. Fewer than 1 in 10 applicants make it through our vetting.
Every lesson is recorded and reviewed for quality by school leaders to ensure every lesson is delivered to the standards we expect. You get a detailed progress note after every lesson.
1:1 lessons are £50–£75 per lesson and group lessons £25–£35 per lesson, depending on your teacher's experience level. You are quoted before you commit, billed monthly in advance, and it never changes mid-term. No sign-up fees.
If you can't see measurable progress by week 12 and your child has attended regularly, we refund the lessons paid for. The terms are one page, in plain English.
Hey, it happens! Let us know and we'll re-match, free. Fit matters more to us than convenience.
Reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice, up to twice a month. If no new time works, you get a credit to use within a month, depending on tutor availability. Lessons cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice are forfeited - the same fair rules for every family.
No - most families start with a free 15-minute call, but you can enquire directly and we'll set you up with a lesson. Either way we run a short check before we recommend a teacher for a Getting to Know You session.
Small groups, six students on average, grouped by year and ability, taught by the same qualified teachers with the same monitoring and per-lesson updates.
